How to read Ghana's PPA portal
PPA structure
Each PPA summary explains commercial terms: tariff structure, contract duration, payment obligations, indexation, guarantees, and termination clauses.
Institutional roles
Ministry of Energy leads the portal. PURC, ECG, GRIDCo, and the Energy Commission contribute data, validate entries, and maintain updates.
Update protocol
New PPAs and amendments must be uploaded within one year of financial close, with version history and validation status clearly displayed.
